“ Absolutely amazing food!!! The chef is a genius, every pasta and meat is worth driving even extra 50 kms. the garden is very pleasant at night, the stuff is helpful and tolerant for our low carb diet (salad and meat first). We will come back for sure and our dog got water. ”
“ Came here last May. It’s April of the following year and I’m still thinking about it. Definitely the best meal we’ve ever had in Italy. I remember we had the cabbage and sausage on toast, pork chop with lard, a mushroom pasta, and white chocolate and raspberry dessert. Loved the light fruit notes in the savory dishes! I believe there was some apple in the pork and pear in the pasta, which paired wonderfully with the rosemary and pecorino flavors. Everything was perfectly balanced and left us wanting more. The dessert was lovely as well. I feel that the chefs here really care about cuisine as an art form. Service was great, and we loved eating outside in the yard. Cannot recommend enough! ”

“ We stumbled upon this unbelievable gem of a restaurant after visiting the natural springs. It wasn’t yet opened for lunch and we were so happy that we waited. The food was superb. They make the best pasta picci we ate in Italy for last two weeks. We had the exquisite tomato sauce picci pasta and the perfected carbonara pasta dish. Even the desert - white chocolate mousse with concentrated raspberry sauce- was beyond delicious. The atmosphere is very peaceful and beautiful. The service was so hospitable and helpful. We enjoyed it so much. We actually made reservations to come back a second time during our stay in Montepuluciano. if you have a chance, and you are in 1000 mile radius, don’t hesitate! ”
